UVA Hope Cancer Care
UVA Hope Cancer Care has been helping your neighbors, friends, and family fight cancer and blood disorders since 1985.
You may have known us as H.O.P.E. (Hematology Oncology Patient Enterprises). Now we're UVA Hope Cancer Care. Our name has changed, but not our long-standing promise — to bring hope for a cure by providing the very best oncology and hematology care to our communities.
Cancer Care Services
When you choose Culpeper Regional Health System, you can rest assured that you'll receive high-quality cancer treatment, close to home. We provide expert treatment for a wide range of cancers, including leukemia, lymphoma and myeloma.
Some of the keys to the excellent cancer services provided at UVA Hope Cancer Care include:
Experienced Oncologists and Nurses
Our staff includes oncology-certified nurses, and physicians who are board-certified and fellowship trained in hematology, oncology, and internal medicine.
High-Quality Cancer Treatment
Culpeper's partnership with University of Virginia Health System gives you access to advanced treatment options and clinical trials directly on Culpeper Regional Hospital’s campus, making it so you don’t have to drive long distances to receive your treatment.
We offer a range of cancer treatment options, including chemotherapy. This treatment uses drugs to stop or slow the growth of cancer cells. Chemotherapy can be used to cure cancer, to keep the disease from spreading, or to help ease cancer symptoms.
Our cancer treatment team can deliver chemotherapy using targeted approaches, which focus the treatment on the tumor itself while helping to limit side effects.

Hematology Services
UVA Hope Cancer Care offers a range of hematology services including blood transfusions and blood tests.
Hematology services can be provided to treat cancers that affect the blood and bone marrow, such as leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma. Hematology may also be used to treat noncancerous blood disorders, such as anemia and hemophilia.
Patient Support
Our patient advocate and financial advisor are among those available to help you with any questions about your care or your bill.
