The Culpeper Regional Hospital participates with most major insurance carriers. Insurance companies often contract with national reference (commercial) laboratories to provide services through your local hospital. Some insurance contracts prohibit the use of the local hospital and require use of their national contract laboratory; therefore it is always important to check with your insurance carrier prior to service. If you have a question regarding coverage please contact your insurance carrier or our Registration department at (540) 829-4127.

A physician must order all laboratory testing. Contact your physician to discuss your lab testing needs. Only your physician can tell you why a particular test was ordered for you.
