Patient Satisfaction
It is important that the quality of your healthcare is excellent. It is also very important to us that you are satisfied with how you are treated. At Culpeper Regional Hospital, we want to provide the best possible service to our patients.
In order to do that we need to know what we're doing right and what needs improvement. We depend on our patients to give us feedback and let us know how we are doing. Following your care, patients are selected randomly to participate in a patient satisfaction survey. For the 7th consecutive year, CRH is proud to say that we have received the Avatar International, Inc. “Award for Exceeding Expectations.”
